Retirement - 401(k) Plan Coordinator
The Retirement - 401(k) Plan Coordinator will focus on administration of AdvanStaff’s multiple employer plan as well as providing information and administrative support for individual client sponsored plans.
AdvanStaff Sponsored Multiple Employer Plan Duties
- Newly Adopting Client Plan Set-Up
- Run Censuses for New Potential Adopters
- Daily Deferral Review through Data Bridge
- Loan Sign-Off and review
- Weekly Deposits to trustee
- Annual Audit Prep and Review
- Annual True-Up Entry and Deposit
- Annual Administrative Fee Entry
- Coordination with Payroll Coordinator on Deferral
- Changes and Suppressions
- Support to Employees Through Phone and Email
- Assist Employees to Navigate the Employee Web Portal and Slavic (Plan Provider) Site
Outside Plan Duties
- Plan Set-Up in Systems
- Initial Contributions Entry
- Maintenance of Plans After Set Up
- Generation of Year End Reports
- Management of Deferral Changes
- Management of Semi-Monthly and Monthly Deposits
- Setting Up New Loans
Education:
- Bachelor’s preferred, but lesser degree and/or combination of experience will be considered depending upon background and qualifications.
Experience:
- 4+ years of related experience is preferred, but not required
Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Advanced Excel
- Application of math and formulas
- Proven Self-Starter
- Effective and accurate communication via email and phone
- Superior Organization Skills
- Ability to shift priorities effectively
Other:
- Must be able to sit or stand at a computer for multiple hours each day
