Sales Support Coordinator/Specialist
This role works closely with our Sales team to help facilitate the sales process and ensure that potential clients receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for assisting the Business Development Managers (BDMs) by managing prospect inquiries and demonstrations, sales enablement initiative, administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth flow of sales efforts through to the Implementation and Operations teams. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our sales team can focus on building relationships and closing deals while you handle the support side of the process.
This role specifically provides Sales and Sales Enablement support to assigned Business Development Managers (BDM’s).
Essential Job Functions of this Position
- Actively participates in meetings, surveys, analysis of prospect information and responses, training, and ongoing education to support Business Development efforts.
- Sets up and executes full demonstrations of software including Prism, Timekeeping systems, I9 management, and other systems
- Set up and/or execute demonstrations of AdvanStaff internal support capabilities
- Represents system capabilities in an enthusiastic manner promoting adoption by prospects
- Documents sales plan for and with each BDM
- Sets up and manages educational opportunities for prospects
- Documents information in Salesforce to assist BDMs in timely and appropriate manner
- Studies, understands and communicates AdvanStaff capabilities to new and existing Business Development Managers to facilitate deep knowledge of all aspects of AdvanStaff services.
- Identifies and capitalizes on AdvanStaff value and unique service model.
- Engages in identification of specific client “pain points” and AdvanStaff’s solution to those pain points.
- Communicates the existence and opportunity to use AdvanStaff services
Sales enablement:
- Researches, creates, tests, trains BDMs on all sales enablement programs
- Rolls out sales enablement programs such as sales drops, coordination of training for prospects, coordination of HR participation in sales presentations, identification of prospects
- Documents and manages information related to the efficacy of sales programs
- Researches prospects, documents current status, reaches out as requested to gather prospect information and communicates information through Salesforce and in person to BDMs.
- Works with all internal teams to notify update them of sales enablement programs and ideas.
